return/exchange policy
Since we are a small online boutique, every exchange request is handled case-by-case, but we do have a few hard and steadies:

Customer has within 7 days of receiving an item to request an exchange if they are not satisfied with the product.

Poppy & Cha Cha do not offer full returns, but will grant exchanges or future store credit when deemed appropriate

If an exchange request is approved, customer must mail back the item (or items) immediately in the same condition that it was received, at their expense.

Any items marked non-refundable (such as the Glam Masks due to sanitary reasons) are such and also do not qualify for an exchange.

We know that when you purchase an item online you want it NOW! We get it! That’s why Poppy & Cha Cha make absolutely every effort to ship your order within 48 hours.
After we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an email which contains your order’s tracking number so you can stay up to date on it’s whereabouts!
