return/exchange policy

Since we are a small online boutique, every exchange request is handled case-by-case, but we do have a few hard and steadies:

• Customer has within 7 days of receiving an item to request an exchange if they are not satisfied with the product.

• Poppy & Cha Cha do not offer full returns, but will grant exchanges or future store credit when deemed appropriate

• If an exchange request is approved, customer must mail back the item (or items) immediately in the same condition that it was received, at their expense.

• Any items marked non-refundable (such as the Glam Masks due to sanitary reasons) are such and also do not qualify for an exchange.
